PSM has revealed the first MMO in the works for the Playstation 3. The Agency allows players to join one of two factions of James Bond -like operatives, and offers "action, adventure and intrigue" and "betrayals... the stuff that hasn't been tapped yet in the genre."
It will be developed by veterans of the genre at Sony Online Entertainment, and features a reputation system that allows players to recruit their own stable of AI-controlled underlings. It will also likely feature PvP, and maybe even Spy Team vs. Spy Team. The game has no official release date, although PSM expects a holiday 2007 launch.
