This video showed up on YouTube yesterday, supposedly showing off a PC version of Epic's Gears of War.
On the "believe it" side, we have images of Marcus Fenix fighting a Brumak - something that was not possible in the Xbox 360 version. Also, we have the fact that Epic's Mark Rein has been quoted as saying that a PC version of the game is "inevitable."
On the "don't believe it" side, why does it look like the action button for Marcus to swap weapons and dive from cover are simply grayed-out X and A buttons?
In any case, E3 is next week. If the game is coming to PC, Epic and Microsoft will be sure to announce it.
