The HL2: E2 bundle known as the Orange Box has finally gotten a firm release date. On October 9th, gamers will be able to grab the EA-distributed retail package for $49.99 on the PC or $59.99 on the Xbox 360 and PS3.
The bundle consists of the original Half Life 2, last year's Episode One add-on, Episode Two, Team Fortress 2, and Portal. The last three will also be available via Valve's download service, Steam, beginning on October 9th.
