Heroic Adam Mapleson, who was shot while coming to the aid of a security guard, has been released from the hospital.
He was shot in the chest on Friday, May 25th as he tried to deter a pair of armed robbers in a British subway station. The two ended up with the cash, and the initial victim was unharmed.
A £25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the capture of the criminals.
