British gaming magazine Games TM has some new information about Rockstar's next installment into the GTA series. Read on to have a few as-of-yet unexplained aspects of the game filled out for you:
- Ammu-Nation is no more. Instead Niko uses his cell phone to call up his friendly caribbean arms dealer, "Little Jakob," who provides the steel.
- Players will be able to surf the internet from every computer in the game. The "Tw@ Café" internet Café, can be found around the city.
- Niko can use taxis to get around...legally. The drive can be watched, or skipped.
- The "wanted level" has been completely overhauled. Every crime Niko commits increases the wanted level. Once a certain threshold is reached, a search area appears on the map, defining the radius that the criminal (you) is likely to be found within. Leaving the area without being spotted reduces the wanted level, but if Niko is seen, the search area relocates to indicate his last known location.
